UX/UI Designer
We have an opening for UX/UI Designer: strong creative thinker with focus on details to create best human-centered experiences. This means one has to think strategically, to execute creatively, and with team support to bring the best of designs to the users.
Responsibilities:
- Work with Creative Director and other ADC colleagues to create significant communication & digital/media solutions.
- Make UX/UI choices that improve usability and functionality alongside, but not limited to, creating an engaging experience.
- Use wireframes with low to high fidelities to reflect user journeys and successfully propose these to stakeholders.
- Including feedback to improve actualised concepts that have creative resolution alongside business vision.
- Collaborate to help maintain the existing design system or create new ones that will strengthen the brand image.
Qualifications:
Experience: A minimum of 5-8 years of experience in UX/UI designing with portfolio of user flows, information architecture and high fidelity clickable prototypes.
At least 2 years of experience in design thinking or other design user-centric approach.
Skills:
Sometimes designing a flow often requires knowledge of Figma, Adobe XD, and Adobe Creative Cloud Suite.
Knowledge of typographical settings, layout design and ability to conform to the companies standards.
Effective communication skills, tested and proven organizational skills and ability to multitask.
Education: Previous experience in a design role is preferred; must have a bachelor’s degree in design or a related field.
Bonus: Experience with front end UI technologies such as HTML CSS and javascript would be useful but is not necessary.
