HealthMark Group, a fast-growing health IT company, is looking for a Data Entry – Audit Intake Specialist to join our remote team. This role is ideal for detail-orientated individuals ready to start their career in healthcare technology.
As part of our Audit Intake team, you’ll be responsible for entering and verifying sensitive medical data, sorting and cleaning up Excel files, and ensuring all patient and client information is accurate. You’ll play a key part in maintaining data integrity across our systems and supporting the full request lifecycle.
Your Responsibilities:
- Prepare, sort, and review documents for accurate data entry
- Enter patient and client data into our systems
- Identify and resolve mismatched or missing information
- Maintain clear notes and request details for internal teams
- Follow internal workflows and uphold data confidentiality
- Support a high-volume environment with efficiency and care
What You Bring:
- Basic MS Office and computer proficiency
- Excellent attention to detail and grammar
- Ability to stay focused and organized under time pressure
- Comfortable working with confidential information
- A positive, team-oriented attitude
