Position Overview:

The Java Software Developer is a technical, hands-on role liable for designing and coding software program packages using Java technology.

Position Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and keep notable software programs using Java and associated technology.
Write clean, green, and well-documented code following enterprise best practices.
Perform unit testing and compare “What-if” scenarios to ensure the code is useful and robust.
Coordinate with QA and different developers while debugging software components to ensure their reliability and performance.
Stay up to date with emerging technology and enterprise developments to constantly enhance your technical talents and information.
Review current code, supplying tips for development as needed.

Position Requirements:

• HS diploma required. College degree desired.
• At least 3 years of experience growing Java applications favored
• Experience with web application development and the usage of Java-based technology (Java EE, Servlets, JSP, and so forth).
• Proficiency in database technologies, which include SQL and ORM frameworks
• Familiarity with model management structures (Git) and build tools (Maven)
• Understanding of information systems (XML/XSL/JSON) and their associated parsing libraries
• Knowledge of Software Development Best Practices

• Capable of working independently on painting projects as well as collaborating effectively within a team.

Environment Knowledge:

• Apache Tomcat (Tomee experience is a plus)
•  Basic Linux commands and operations
• Version control with GIT
• Development tools: Eclipse, Maven
