Key Responsibilities: Lead the development of custom WordPress and plugins. Collaborate with pass-functional teams to define challenge scope, goals, and technical necessities. Ensure code is great, and quality practices and development standards are followed. Optimize WordPress websites for velocity, performance, and SEO. Debug and troubleshoot troubles in existing websites and programs. Manage the model, manage the usage of Git, and ensure proper deployment techniques. Ensure compliance with protection requirements and implement fine practices for WordPress safety. Work with hosting platforms to control server environments and configurations. Provide technical leadership in mission planning, execution, and transport. Required Skills and Qualifications:
10+ years of experience in WordPress improvement.
Advanced information in PHP, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (consisting of libraries including jQuery), and MySQL.
Experience with the WordPress REST API and different 0.33-birthday party integrations.
Proficiency in developing custom WordPress topics and plugins from scratch.
Familiarity with front-end frameworks like Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS, or comparable.
Expertise in Git version manipulation and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices.
Strong expertise in net overall performance optimization, caching mechanisms, and SEO.
Familiarity with internet accessibility standards (WCAG).
Experience working with WordPress multisite, WooCommerce, and different essential WordPress plugins.
Strong hassle-fixing capabilities and attention to detail.
Excellent conversation skills and ability to work in team surroundings.
