Job Description
The main duty involves giving quick friendly service to make sure guests enjoy their stay while keeping the place clean and ready for visitors.
Prerequisites
Workers need access to guest rooms and the property, so being honest and trustworthy is key. The company requires a security check. Having food and drink experience helps.
Essential Job Functions
- You should stand, lift, bend, learn, read, focus, think, and talk.
- You must lift or pull 60 pounds and carry 30 pounds.
- You need to stand for 8 hours, bend, stretch, and reach.
- You have to see, hear, speak, and read English (knowing other languages is a bonus).
- You must act honestly.
Must-Have Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Knowledge: food options, drink selections, company rules nearby sites, day-to-day tasks, and hotel specifics.
Skills: warm, expert service; recommend and provide food and drinks as per guidelines.
Abilities: Juggling tasks, clear talking, fixing issues, working together, and keeping a welcoming outlook.
Responsibilities
- Keep the dining area ready for guests and restock supplies.
- At the shift’s end, clean up and refill all items.
- Follow safety and security rules always.
- Serve guests with top-notch products and assistance.
- Fill out standard documents for the brand.
- Do other jobs if they pop up.
- Working Conditions/Special Requirements
- One must stand and stroll a lot but still look sharp.
- Gotta adjust to shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, ready to work any time.
