Call Center Representative
Location: Tupelo, MS | Operating times: Monday through Friday from 8 in the morning to 5 in the evening.
Pay: $32,120–$44,720/year + monthly bonus

Responsibilities:
Offer the best online customer care service to clients when they place their orders through the phone.
Work on inquiries and complaints with high productivity.
Ensure that a correct input of client information is recorded and maintained in detail.
Be able to work in a team, under pressure in a quickly developing environment.
What We’re Looking For:
Must have at least one year experience in call center.
Customer courtesy, good listening skills and the ability to work in a multi-tasking environment.
A friendly personality and impressive telephone communication skills.
The measurable job stability and achievement record among sales representatives.
Requirements:
Valid driver’s license.
