Job Title: Customer Service Representative, that can first be followed by the Industry or Field, for example Customer Service Representative—Manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities:
Input orders, order changes and shipments with appropriate customer pricing and obtain documentation.
Work with manufacturing, planning and other interested parties to satisfy customers and deadlines.
Preserve forecasts, inventory models, and compliance to customer programs.
All letters of complaints and all letters of enquiry should be responded to and with the collaboration of QA for appropriate action.
Portfolio and artwork approvals should be supported, customer’s visits should be addressed, and help with collections if possible.
Qualifications:
Minimum requirement is a Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent; At least 5 years of manufacturing customer service experience ideally.
Equipment, organisational, problem solving in addition to mastery in communication skills.
Marilyn possesses good working experience of Microsoft Office and elementary understanding of manufacturing and trade.
Physical Requirements:
Sitting: ¼ of shift, Lifting: occasional, 1-25 lbs.
