We’re now looking to expand our design team with a visionary Fashion Designer who thrives in both digital and hands-on environments. This hybrid position allows the flexibility of remote work, along with studio collaboration at our Los Angeles headquarters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research fashion trends, color palettes, fabrics, and seasonal market shifts.
- Design clothing lines from concept to prototype, incorporating brand identity.
- Prepare technical drawings and specifications for production.
- Partner with production teams to ensure fit, construction, and quality.
- Oversee fittings and refine designs based on feedback.
- Collaborate with marketing on visual direction for campaigns and lookbooks.
- Occasionally travel for fabric sourcing, trade shows, or production checks.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design or related field.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in professional fashion design.
- Strong design portfolio (PDF or online).
- Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and tech pack development.
- Good understanding of garment construction and textile properties.
- Excellent organization, time management, and teamwork skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in high-end streetwear or minimalist contemporary design.
- Familiarity with sustainable design and eco-conscious materials.
- 3D design tools such as CLO 3D or Browzwear (bonus).
