Filing and Data Entry
Come work with us at Salvation Army as a Data Entry Clerk. You’ll have a key role in keeping our data records correct and well organized. Your job will involve putting data into databases, writing down information, and making sure the data stays accurate.
What you’ll do:
– Enter data into databases and to keep them up to date.
– Copy information from different sources into computer files without mistakes.
– Use your knack for order to handle and sort data well.
– Build and change pivot tables in Excel to study and show data.
– Help gather data to support how the business runs.
– Work with the office team to make sure data flows and stays accurate.
Experience:
– Past work in office or desk jobs is a plus.
– Good at entering data, like putting in orders and doing paperwork.
– Can copy down info and without mistakes.
– Knows how to use Excel, including pivot tables and simple formulas.
– Keeps things in order and pays close attention to small details.
– Works well alone and knows how to handle tasks by importance.
