Shifts Available:

3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
11:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Responsibilities:

Greet and attend to check-in/out guests and handle issues related to reservations.
Control the running of guests’ credit cards and cash
Issue room assignments and meet guest concerns with courtesy
Cleaning of the front desk area, the lobby and the back office
Keeping to emergency procedures also provides security at the hotel.
Offer data on hotel amenities and tourism objects

Requirements:

Performance/experience in the hospitality industry
Good interpersonal skills and ability to work simultaneously
requires computer literacy
– The capacity to address the guests complaints using peaceful languages.
CPR/First Aid certification preferred

Physical Demands:

Lift up to 25 pounds
Physical flexibility so as to bend, reach, kneel and be able to work under varying conditions of temperature.
The effects of one being exposed to environmental tobacco smoke

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00-$18.00 per hour
