Head of Business Development
Oversee a team of up to 5 Business Development Managers and be responsible for taking ownership of the GTM initiative as well as meeting revenue goals for a specific US region.
Key Responsibilities
- Solicit and nurture a sales team alongside their own and the team’s sales targets.
- I actively seek out new SME and corporate customers for the company, including attending events such as networking meetings and pursuing associations.
- Transfer new clients to operational teams that will guarantee longevity.
- Always aware of the current FX market, and to be compliant, in order to offer Mos appreciation solutions that best suite the company.
- Work together with other departments to address the client requirements and increase the organization’s revenues.
Requirements
- Preferably with experience in the FX or the payments industry.
- Good sales experience with leadership qualities.
- Experience in consultative selling, executive selling, and management, and establishing rapport.
- Proactive, computer literate, and a keen financial businessman.
