Host – Fine Dining job in Maryland

Overview:

Founded in 1962 The centre club is the premier private club that provides its members a unique dining experience. We consider it our responsibility to offer our members and their guests high-value services and products. We are currently looking for friendly and professional Hosts to work in our company and ensure that the company upholds positive standards.

Key Responsibilities:

They should extend a warm welcome to guests and pick them up to their table, bringing the menu with them.
Explain to guests meals of the day, which include soups and the fish of the day.
Make sure guests are seated and can quote the waiting time if delays are due.
Keep the host clean and appropriately stocked with menu information as well as organized.
Answer phone calls and deliver information with regard to the menu and the restaurant, as well as processing and fulfilling reservations.
Track clean and occupied dining room tables by keeping an eye on the floor plan.
Keep guests’ satisfaction as they depart and during their stay in the hotel a priority.

Requirements:

Basic requirements include – having 2 years of experience in a similar position.
For this position, the candidate should be able to lift up to 20 lbs and be on feet /walking for approx 6-8 hours.
– Stipulation for availability to fill shift work: night shift, weekends, and holidays.
