Role Overview:
The Central Region K-12 Regional Manager will be responsible for engaging an organisation unit of account executives, leading in the sales process, equipping educators for change, and working in partnership for growth. You will also be the single point of professional presence in this location, so the branch has the best opportunity for success.
Key Responsibilities:
We supervise a team—we call the team Field Account Executives or the Field Team for short.
Must be in a position to think of and come up with sales strategies that realise set targets.
Collaborating with the company and external organisations or other stakeholders to support the K-12 customers with support solutions.
In addition to doing this, you should give them feedback, advice, or training experience to help them advance and thrive.
Qualifications:
15+ years experience, 5+ years as a leader.
Understanding the actual and potential target markets for K–12 education and the sales opportunity analysis knowledge.
Efficient delegation is a result of leadership, communication, and teamwork.
Minimum Qualification: Equivalent working experience will be accepted for a bachelor’s degree.
