Position Overview

We’re looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented Motion Designer – Design Language to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll help define and develop animated systems that support our design language across multiple platforms – web, mobile, and product interfaces. You’ll be instrumental in shaping how motion elevates user experience and enhances brand identity.

This role is available for both Remote and Onsite positions. Candidates can choose the mode that best suits their working style and location.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a scalable motion design system within the brand’s visual language.
  • Collaborate with product designers, visual designers, and engineers to integrate motion smoothly into digital products.
  • Translate complex concepts into compelling motion prototypes and visual stories.
  • Create animations for UI transitions, product walkthroughs, and marketing campaigns.
  • Contribute to motion guidelines and documentation to support cross-functional teams.
  • Stay updated with motion design trends, tools, and best practices.

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in motion design, preferably in a product or digital design setting.
  • Strong proficiency in tools like After Effects, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Lottie, and motion
  • prototyping tools (e.g., Principle, Rive).
  • Understanding of motion principles, timing, easing, and user interaction.
  • Experience with design systems and motion documentation.
  • Portfolio showcasing high-quality motion work, especially tied to design language.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Nice to Have

  • Experience working with front-end teams to implement motion.
  • Familiarity with 3D motion (Cinema 4D, Blender, etc.).
  • Understanding of accessibility standards related to motion.
