Role Overview:

This position requires the Operations Engineer to coordinate process engineering activities so as to improve safety, quality, efficiency, and/or customer satisfaction at this station in Willow Island.

Key Responsibilities:

• They need to have a control and enhance process metrics that will help them manage the operation.
• Coordinate and manage lead process and capital improvement projects.
• Complete safety studies like Process Hazard Analysis (PHA) and ensure that all safety issues meet regulatory standards.
• Conduct investigations on safety related issues and Quality complaints.
• Interact with other teams to ensure site goals are achieved and to advance safety as well as defectless work.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering with a preference for those Candidates who possess more than 5 years’ experience in the Chemical Industry.
• Production experience of not less than 1-5 years, and should posses background in chemical batch manufacturing.
• Good aptitude in details, decision making, interpersonal and verbal communication.
