Job Title: Production Engineering Intern

Location: The Woodlands, TX
Internship Duration: May 19 – August 8, 2025, for twelve weeks.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 40 hrs/week

Overview:

We are looking for an enthusiastic Production Engineering Intern to join the Production Engineering Team located in the Eagle Ford Business Unit. This is a good chance for students to get practical experience in chosen field, participate in the real projects and work with experts in the sphere of oil and gas industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Contribute to the Subsurface Development Team in order to populate integrated geophysical and geological models.
Contribute on the assessment of capital investment and helping in building a “drilling inventory” on all company grounds.
Participate in development of ways to help reach the annual reserve target as well as reserve adequacy for auditor’s judgment.
Collaborate with prepare an Annual Unified Capital Program and the budget for the asset.
Organise field trips with supervisors and evaluate the potential of the available resources.
It is important to determine changes in the process to improve assets’ readiness in the case of fluctuating commodity prices.

Requirements:

Must be work authorized in the U.S without sponsorship.
Two years’ work experience and be pursuing or have completed at least 2 years’ study towards a Bachelor’s (or higher) in Petroleum, Geosciences, or other Engineering.
Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.3 with an official copy of the transcript).
Such a candidate should be willing to commit his/her time fully for the 12 weeks internship program.
Prior internship experience in oil and gas must have been done but is not mandatory.
Professionals who express a high level of job interest in data analysis, business analytics and problem solving.
Good interpersonal and administrative abilities.
Adaptability and flexibility, along with initiative and adaptability, and also the ability to work in the team environment.
