Currently, we have an opening for an energetic and well qualified Retail Store Manager to bolster our staff and help maintain the store’s high performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Leadership: Manage useful figures including number of customers, number of transactions and net sales. Provide input on market aspects for the purpose of decision making in terms of budgeting for sale and payroll.
Sales Leadership: Teach your team how to create customer delight to support the drive for sales. Support your team with product knowledge or help with orders in-store and through the internet.
Merchandising & Operations: Gross margin should be managed and price changes need to be controlled, while stock should be appropriate. Increase stock turnover with hopes of heading out to other merchandising and local advertisement.
Talent Development: Get the right people on board, provide them with relevant training, and do all you can to encourage them. To address team issues, enforce policies also engaged the employees. Payroll should be address well in order to maintain efficiency in the office.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Minimum requirement of one year in the retail management position and basic knowledge of how retail business work.
  • Based on the nine benchmarks of effective computer literacy skill, the three most relevant are the following:
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Package and retail management software system.
  • Effective time management and good interpersonal skills including the ability to organize schedules, payrolls and inventory.
