Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and creative Website Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate has a strong sense of design, UX/UI best practices, and front-end development experience. You’ll work on a wide range of client projects — both remotely and from our Las Vegas office.
Key Responsibilities
- Design responsive websites using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, and Sketch
- Collaborate with developers and project managers to turn ideas into reality
- Develop user-centered design concepts and UI mockups
- Implement design updates and improvements based on client feedback
- Ensure designs meet accessibility and SEO standards
- Maintain consistency with branding guidelines across all design assets
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of experience in website design or front-end development
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript (basic)
- Strong knowledge of design software (Figma, Adobe Creative Suite)
- Understanding of modern web design principles, UX/UI best practices
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Strong portfolio demonstrating web design projects
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with WordPress, Webflow, or other CMS platforms
- Familiarity with responsive frameworks like Bootstrap or Tailwind
- Knowledge of SEO and accessibility standards
