Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 7 to 10 years of project management involvement on complex, multi division or multi brand company websites.
• The ability to know wordpress, Bigcommerce (or similar platforms) and PayPal functionality.
• Familiarity with cross platform integrations (including Salesforce, HubSpot).
• Experience in managing multiple projects alongside different stakeholder and department.
• Good analytical, organizational and time management skills.
• Project management tools experience with Trello or Monday.com.
• Lots of background in ecommerce, digital marketing and even user experience best practices.
• Skills to lead your team or organization in the digital age, be that in the forefront of strategy or out in the field.

Gentex needs a Website Project Manager to lead web development and optimize digital platforms. Join us to make an impact. Work to our business goal in terms of web development projects and help lead strategic initiatives, troubleshoot things and make sure that the web development projects we build succeed.

Responsibilities

• Web technologies, CMS, SEO and integration management.
• Make sure site performs as needed through timely update and right info.
• Use the performance data to improve user experience, e-comm effectiveness.
• If successful then next you need to coordinate with stakeholders, external partners, and developers.
• Tasked to develop detailed project plans, on time delivery, within budget.
• From GDPR to ADA and compliance on security standards.
• Provide support to lead project meetings, challenge the problems and adjust plans when needed.
