Job Summary
We are seeking motivated and dependable individuals to join our team as 3PL Warehouse General Labor staff. This role involves supporting daily warehouse operations within a third-party logistics environment. Candidates will be responsible for various general labor tasks, utilizing Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), and assisting with shipping and receiving processes. No forklift operation is required, but familiarity with LTL/FTL shipping is a plus. This position offers an opportunity to gain valuable experience in warehouse logistics and distribution.
Responsibilities
- Perform general warehouse duties including loading, unloading, sorting, and organizing inventory
- Use Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to track and manage inventory movements accurately
- Assist with shipping and receiving activities, including preparing shipments for LTL (Less Than Truckload) and FTL (Full Truckload) freight
- Ensure safety procedures are followed at all times to maintain a safe working environment
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse space
- Support team members with various tasks as needed to ensure efficient warehouse operations
Skills
- Ability to perform physical labor in a warehouse setting, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Experience with WMS or similar inventory management systems is preferred
- Knowledge of LTL/FTL shipping processes is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable work ethic with the ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude toward safety and teamwork

Compensation
Pay: From $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
