About the Role
As a Client Success Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring they achieve maximum value from our platform. You won’t just help clients “use” the product — you’ll guide them in aligning IntusCare’s solutions with their organizational goals, creating real impact on care delivery and patient outcomes.
This is not a sales role. Your success will be measured by client satisfaction, retention, and results — not by how many upsells you make. You’ll be a trusted partner, advocate, and consultant to each client you work with.

As part of our growth, we’re looking for a Client Success Manager to join our passionate team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives at the intersection of technology, healthcare, and relationship-building.
What You’ll Do
- Own the Product Adoption Journey: Lead clients through onboarding, training, and enablement so they can fully adopt IntusCare’s platform with confidence.
- Understand & Drive Client Goals: Learn each client’s workflows, pain points, and objectives, then tailor your approach to help them succeed.
- Monitor Progress & Engagement: Conduct regular health checks, usage reviews, and business reviews to ensure clients are using the platform effectively.
- Share Best Practices: Host sessions to share strategies, industry insights, and optimization tips that keep clients ahead of evolving care models.
- Act as the Voice of the Client: Advocate internally for client needs and provide valuable feedback to product and engineering teams to shape future improvements.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with support, product, and data teams to deliver a seamless experience and resolve challenges quickly.
- Focus on Value, Not Sales: Your primary goal is to help clients achieve measurable outcomes that improve care delivery, not just to “renew contracts.”
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: 3+ years in client success, account management, or implementation (healthcare or SaaS strongly preferred).
- Healthcare Knowledge: Understanding of healthcare delivery models like PACE and Medicare Advantage is a huge plus.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal skills — you should be able to build trust and relationships quickly.
- Analytical Mindset: Ability to analyze usage data and translate it into actionable recommendations.
- Technical Comfort: Familiarity with CRMs, client success tools, and healthcare platforms (bonus if you’ve used EMR/EHR systems).
- Background Bonus: Experience in public health, healthcare administration, or clinical operations is ideal.
