About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Clinical Quality Specialist to join our Network and Clinical Quality team. As a Clinical Quality Specialist, you will lead peer proficiency reviews, contribute to quality improvement initiatives, and provide essential clinical support for network providers. Your expertise will create substantial impact in upholding the highest standards of care for our members.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct documentation audits to investigate complaints, determine the validity of findings, and evaluate improvement opportunities.
- Assist with the Interrater Reliability initiative and develop criteria used to evaluate clinical quality.
- Support network providers on clinical issues and connect them with peer consultants as needed.
- Coordinate with leadership to support execution of special clinical projects.
- Assist with clinical risk management and provide clinical support across departments.
- Coordinate with quality management on audits to guide practitioner action plans.
- Support the development of clinical policy and procedures.
Requirements and Skills
- Current license to practice independently without supervision, such as Professional Counselor, Licensed Mental Health Counselor, Social Worker, Marriage and Family Counselor, or Psychologist.
- 5+ years of clinical experience.
- 2+ years of experience in telehealth and quality assurance.
- Experience with high acuity clients preferred.
- Demonstrated understanding of how AI is used in the clinical field preferred.
Compensation
Salary: $75,000 – $80,000 / year. Within the salary band, leveling corresponds to relevant experience, skills, education, and applicable certifications.
