Job Overview:
We are looking for a talented and experienced Creative Designer to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio in digital and print design, excellent collaboration skills, and the ability to translate complex medical concepts into visually compelling content. You will work across departments to create assets for educational modules, pitch decks, infographics, promotional materials, and much more — all while maintaining brand consistency and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop digital and print content including brochures, infographics, slide decks, modules, and web assets
- Collaborate with copywriters, managers, and stakeholders to execute design strategy
- Engage in creative brainstorming sessions and support pitch/presentation material designs
- Ensure all designs meet brand, quality, and compliance standards
- Stay current with industry design trends and tools to maintain best practices
- Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a design/creative role, preferably within healthcare, med comms, or agency setting
- Strong portfolio demonstrating work across digital and print
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
- Experience designing in PowerPoint is essential
- Ability to visually simplify complex scientific/medical information
- Strong eye for detail, layout, color, and typography
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Self-driven, team-oriented, and deadline-focused
