Job Overview
We are looking for a talented Senior Creative & AI Designer to create modern digital and print experiences for the healthcare industry.
You’ll work with designers, copywriters, marketers, and healthcare professionals to transform complex medical and scientific information into clear, engaging, and visually compelling content. You’ll also use modern AI-powered design tools to improve creative workflows and develop innovative visual concepts.
Key Responsibilities
- Create digital and print assets including presentations, infographics, brochures, educational modules, social media graphics, and web content.
- Develop creative concepts using Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, and AI-powered design tools.
- Use generative AI to explore concepts, create visual assets, enhance images, and accelerate creative production.
- Translate complex medical and scientific information into simple and engaging visual content.
- Build and maintain consistent brand identities, templates, and design systems.
- Collaborate with copywriters, marketers, healthcare professionals, and stakeholders.
- Design high-quality PowerPoint presentations, pitch decks, and client materials.
- Ensure all creative work meets brand, quality, accessibility, and healthcare compliance standards.
- Manage multiple creative projects while meeting deadlines.
- Stay up to date with emerging design, AI, and digital content technologies.
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional experience in graphic, digital, or creative design.
- Strong portfolio covering digital, print, presentation, and visual communication design.
- Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Strong experience with Figma and PowerPoint.
- Experience using AI-powered creative tools such as Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, DALL·E, or Canva AI.
- Understanding of generative AI workflows and responsible use of AI-generated content.
- Strong knowledge of typography, layout, color theory, branding, and visual hierarchy.
- Ability to simplify complex medical or technical information through visual storytelling.
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a remote team.
Nice to Have
- Experience with motion graphics, video editing, or animation.
- Knowledge of UI/UX and design systems.
- Experience with AI-assisted video and creative tools.
- Understanding of accessibility and digital design standards.
