About the Role
We’re looking for enthusiastic, energetic, and self-motivated team players with at least 2 years of customer-facing experience to join us as Customer Delivery Drivers. You’ll deliver vehicles straight to customers’ doors with our custom car haulers (don’t worry – a commercial license is not required to drive the hauler and you will receive ample training).
- Deliver vehicles to customers’ homes using Carvana’s custom car haulers.
- Frequently load and unload vehicles onto the hauler (this part does require getting physical!) and regularly inspect the car-hauler to make sure it remains safe to drive.
- Complete customer paperwork and include thorough notes in our customer tracking system.
- Consistently drive safe and maintain a clean driving record in accordance with Carvana’s CMV Driver Qualification policy.
Shift requirement: hours are 7am – 5pm or 11am – 9pm. Team members must be available to work 7 days a week; days off rotate between weekdays and weekend days.
Pay and Earning Potential
We offer a competitive starting hourly rate of $19/hr with significant growth opportunities based on performance. You can boost your earnings within a short timeframe: pay range is $19-$21 hourly for the first year, progressing from $19/hr to $21/hr through our performance-based Careers Not Jobs program, which provides four merit opportunities annually with an additional $0.50 increase every 90 days.

Qualifications
- At least 2 years of customer-facing experience.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks like detailing vehicles and loading/unloading vehicles in indoor and outdoor conditions, including occasional inclement/extreme weather.
- Ability to walk/stand and sustain physical activity for extended periods of time (8+ hours).
- Must be at least 21 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license.
- All applicants must pass a drug test and obtain a DOT Medical Card.
- Candidates must have (or be able to obtain) a Notary in your local jurisdiction within the first 90 days of employment (process sponsored by Carvana).
Compensation
Salary: $19 – $21 / hour (starting at $19/hr with scheduled increases to $19.50/hr at 3 months and $20/hr at 6 months, progressing to $21/hr in year one).
