Join Keurig Dr Pepper as a Driver Local Delivery Combination Route. This position includes delivering pre-ordered product to our customers. Approximately 50% of routes are pre-ordered and 50% will be taken from bulk inventory at a local distribution warehouse. Staff may also manage partner accounts and local distribution when necessary.

Compensation
$27.01 – $28.48 per hour.

Position Responsibilities
- Provides customer service to retail stores.
- Unload and deliver product at customer locations, placing product in the back room of customer locations. Within large format stores the employees may stock product directly on shelves and point of sale equipment (i.e., coolers, displays).
- Load product at designated KDP facility, plant, or sales center location, stacking product according to customer order information. Staff will be required to count product at the time of loading and at the time of unloading/delivery.
- Manage key business relationships. Serve as a brand advocate for company products and operational policies while on the job, interacting with store and wholesale customers in a professional, courteous manner.
- Transport product from wholesale club locations to the retail area or designated point of sale per national warehouse club guidelines.
- Collect and receive deposit or empty/returnable containers from the customer, completing necessary paperwork.
- Complete vehicle inspection (pre-trip) daily, including maintaining fluid levels and refueling diesel equipment as needed.
- Observes safety-related procedures and reports potentially unsafe conditions.
- Operates in accordance with all local, state, and federal laws as well as Keurig Dr Pepper policies and procedures.
- Works assigned schedule, exhibits regular and punctual attendance, and works overtime as needed to meet customer demand.
- Required to spend a significant portion of the workday in or on a commercial vehicle.
Requirements
- Must have and maintain a valid Class B or Class A CDL (Commercial Driver’s License).
- Candidate must have been driving a commercial vehicle for at least 6 months (responsibility under FMCSR Part 383 or by being exempt under Part 383.3) and obtained a CDL.
- Ability to safely operate a commercial motor vehicle, including, but not limited to, driving, and safely loading and unloading products. Must meet medical requirements for commercial truck driving as required by DOT (Department of Transportation) or other federal regulations and obtain a medical card prior to being placed into the position. The successful candidate must be able to perform the essential functions of the position with or without a reasonable accommodation, including but not limited to pushing and pulling and continuous lifting of product up to 50 lbs. throughout an 8-hour to 10-hour day.
- Ability to read, write, perform mathematical computations, and communicate effectively in English.
- Must be willing to work in various weather conditions.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Travel % – 90%.

This position operates a manual transmission vehicle. Standard Steel Frame out-of-route is paid. Hiring immediately.
