We’re looking for a Senior Full Stack WordPress Developer who brings deep experience with WordPress architecture, plugin development, API integrations, and modern AI-driven solutions. You’ll be joining a fast-paced, high-impact environment where your ideas matter—and so does your code.
Job Responsibilities
Full Stack Development
- Design and develop custom WordPress themes and plugins from scratch
- Build responsive, optimized front-end interfaces using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and PHP
- Ensure performance, scalability, and security of all WordPress-based solutions
API Integration
- Integrate third-party platforms like CRMs, payment gateways, and marketing tools
- Build and manage custom RESTful APIs for internal and external use
AI & Automation
- Leverage AI technologies to enhance user experience and automate workflows
- Build scripts and automation tools to improve development efficiency and site functionality
Solution Architecture
- Translate business requirements into scalable and maintainable technical solutions
- Define best practices and lead architecture planning for WordPress projects
Plugin Development
- Develop new WordPress plugins with clean, reusable code
- Maintain, update, and ensure compatibility of existing plugins with the latest WordPress versions
Git & Version Control
- Use Git for source control, manage code branches, and deploy updates smoothly
- Conduct peer code reviews and enforce code quality standards
Collaboration & Mentorship
- Collaborate with designers, marketers, and fellow developers to build end-to-end solutions
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members when needed
Testing & QA
- Debug and troubleshoot issues across browsers and devices
- Conduct testing to ensure accessibility, performance, and user experience standards
Requirements
- Strong expertise in WordPress development, both front-end and back-end
- Solid experience in plugin and theme development from scratch
- Proficiency in PHP, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and MySQL
- Hands-on experience with API integrations (REST, SOAP)
- Familiarity with AI tools, automation workflows, or machine learning libraries
- Knowledge of performance optimization techniques and tools
- Excellent understanding of Git workflows and version control systems
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Full Stack WordPress Developer
- Strong attention to detail, with a focus on writing clean, scalable code
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience working in cross-functional teams with designers and product stakeholders
- Proven leadership in managing or mentoring developers is a plus
Preferred Skills
- Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks like React.js or Vue.js
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Google Cloud
- Understanding of SEO best practices and implementation techniques
- Prior experience with performance testing tools (e.g., Lighthouse, GTmetrix)
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation
