Role Overview
We’re looking for motivated Insurance and Membership Sales Agents to join our remote call center team. In this role, you will:
- Respond to inbound customer inquiries with professionalism and care
- Assess customer needs and recommend tailored insurance and membership solutions
- Provide clear explanations of policy options, coverage limits, deductibles, and payment plans
- Build relationships with members through cross-selling, lead follow-up, and referrals
- Ensure all applications comply with underwriting and agency guidelines
- Promote additional products such as memberships, credit cards, and other AAA services

Training & Schedule
- Training: 10–12 weeks of paid, structured training combining virtual classes, self-paced modules, and hands-on practice
- Start Date: September 2, 2025
- Training Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM ET (attendance required)
- Post-Training Schedule Options:
- Mon, Tue, Wed, Fri: 12:30 PM – 9:00 PM + Sat: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- Mon, Wed, Thu, Fri, Sat: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM
- Mon, Tue, Fri, Sat, Sun: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Qualifications
Required:
- High school diploma (or equivalent)
- State Property & Casualty insurance license (or ability to obtain)
- Strong sales background and communication skills
- Ability to manage time, multitask, and stay organized
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and email applications
Preferred:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or Marketing
- At least 2 years of call center sales experience
- Proven success in customer service and client relationship building
Work Environment
This is a remote position. Employees must have reliable internet connectivity. In rare cases of service issues, staff within 50 miles of an AAA office may be required to report on-site temporarily.
