Job Description
We are searching for a full-time, dependable, hardworking professional to join our Local Rolloff Truck Driver team. This position is perfect for professionals who enjoy the freedom of local driving and being home daily. We also have Flatbed and Dry Van positions available.
- Competitive pay – $27.50 to start – up to $30/hr with experience.
- $120 weekly driver bonus.
- Local driving – home daily.
- Morning shift – approximate 6am start time until approximate 4pm end time.
- Full-time – overtime after 40 hours.
- Overtime on holiday weeks after 32 hours.
- Paid orientation.

Responsibilities
- Complete delivery and pick up of product on time.
- Exercise good judgment while driving a company vehicle.
- Communicate regularly with dispatch and other drivers.
- Be friendly and courteous to customers and cooperate with management decisions.
- Operate a delivery truck to deliver products throughout the metropolitan area.
Job Requirements
- Class A CDL license required.
- Clean MVR with a valid medical card.
- 1 year rolloff experience preferred.
- No DUIs or drug convictions in the last five years.
- 2 years of verifiable tractor trailer experience.
- Experience hauling metal scrap: 1 year required.
Compensation
Salary: $27.50 – $30.00 / hour (plus $120 weekly driver bonus).
Location: On-site at 2501 Grant Ave, Bellwood, IL 60104. Full-time; morning shift (approx. 6am start to approx. 4pm end); home daily; overtime after 40 hours. Cozzi Recycling is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
