Role Overview
As a licensed therapist or counselor with Talkspace, you’ll have the freedom to work from anywhere, at any time. Whether you’re looking to supplement your current caseload or build an entirely remote practice, this role allows you to customize your workload and schedule. Talkspace handles client referrals, insurance claims, and billing—so you can do what you do best: provide care.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver therapy sessions through live video or asynchronous messaging on the Talkspace platform.
- Manage your own schedule, availability, and caseload without minimum hour requirements.
- Access AI-enhanced tools to assist with session documentation and progress notes.
- Maintain client confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
- Use the Talkspace app to manage scheduling, case notes, and communication seamlessly.
What You’ll Need
To qualify for this role, you must have:
- A current, independent clinical license in your state (e.g., LPC, LMHC, LCSW, LMFT).
- Professional malpractice liability insurance (individual policy).
- Valid NPI and CAQH numbers.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States and current U.S. residency.
