Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging and effective lessons (K-8th grade) tailored to students’ age groups and language levels, fostering a positive learning environment
- Use existing teaching materials and create additional resources and activities that promote active participation and cultural understanding
- Assess student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to support their English language and math development
- Collaborate with local staff and fellow teachers to enhance curriculum delivery and share best practices
- Participate in orientation sessions, training workshops, and cultural activities to deepen your understanding of the local context
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, assessments, and lesson plans in accordance with program guidelines
- Support school events, extracurricular activities, and community engagement initiatives as needed
Skills
- Ability to teach English Language Arts and Math up to at least the Algebra I level
- Passion for teaching and inspiring students in an international setting
- Strong communication skills with the ability to adapt lessons for diverse learners
- Flexibility, adaptability, and enthusiasm for embracing new cultures and environments
- Prior experience in an educational setting is preferred; Minimum Bachelor’s Degree is required
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team
- Organized with attention to detail for lesson planning and record keeping

Pay & Compensation
Pay: $4,000.00 – $4,500.00 per month
