Job Summary
The Rosebud Hospital is seeking a dedicated Obstetrician/Gynecologist (OB/GYN) to deliver high-quality care in both inpatient and outpatient settings. The physician will provide comprehensive women’s health services, manage complex pregnancies, perform surgeries, and work in collaboration with a skilled healthcare team.

Key Responsibilities
As an OB/GYN Physician, you will:
- Provide prenatal, intrapartum, and postpartum care, including normal and high-risk pregnancies.
- Perform labor and delivery procedures, including cesarean sections.
- Conduct gynecological surgeries (e.g., hysterectomies, laparoscopic procedures).
- Diagnose and treat a wide range of women’s reproductive health conditions.
- Offer family planning, infertility evaluations, and preventive care services.
- Collaborate with family physicians, pediatricians, anesthesiologists, nurses, and midwives.
- Participate in emergency care and on-call rotations.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with federal healthcare standards.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) from an accredited medical school.
- Residency: Completion of an ACGME-accredited OB/GYN residency program.
- Certification: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
- License: Must hold an active, unrestricted medical license in any U.S. state.
- Citizenship: U.S. Citizenship required (federal employment eligibility).
- Experience: Prior experience in rural, underserved, or Native American communities is preferred but not required.
Salary & Benefits
- Salary Range: $120,000 – $280,000 per year (based on experience and federal pay scale).
