Requirements

  • Ability to manage client relationships, lead meetings, and drive outcomes
  • Accurate handling of billing processes: service charges, rents, credits, insurance, etc.
  • Timely preparation of detailed financial reports (e.g., VAT, NOI, cashflow, owner statements)
  • Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables and linked workbooks
  • Maintain precise property and lease data using TRAMPS software
  • Smooth onboarding/offboarding of properties and instructions
  • Support with service charge budgeting and year-end reconciliation (as per RICS guidelines)
  • Monthly analysis and reconciliation of client/tenant deposit accounts
  • Review and authorize supplier payments and prepare funding requests
  • Provide financial insight to support property and asset management strategy
  • Confident in client and occupier communication
  • Fully compliant with MAPP, RICS, ISO and statutory policies and procedures
