Requirements
- Ability to manage client relationships, lead meetings, and drive outcomes
- Accurate handling of billing processes: service charges, rents, credits, insurance, etc.
- Timely preparation of detailed financial reports (e.g., VAT, NOI, cashflow, owner statements)
- Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables and linked workbooks
- Maintain precise property and lease data using TRAMPS software
- Smooth onboarding/offboarding of properties and instructions
- Support with service charge budgeting and year-end reconciliation (as per RICS guidelines)
- Monthly analysis and reconciliation of client/tenant deposit accounts
- Review and authorize supplier payments and prepare funding requests
- Provide financial insight to support property and asset management strategy
- Confident in client and occupier communication
- Fully compliant with MAPP, RICS, ISO and statutory policies and procedures
