Revenue Enablement Specialist

About the Role:

Procore Technologies is looking for a passionate and organized Revenue Enablement Specialist to support and elevate our global revenue teams. In this role, you’ll play a key part in designing and executing impactful onboarding and training programs for sales, marketing, and customer success teams. You’ll ensure every new team member is equipped to succeed from day one – driving consistency, communication, and productivity across the go-to-market (GTM) organization.

Whether it’s building onboarding journeys, creating training content, or managing cross-functional programs, you’ll be at the heart of how we enable our teams to thrive.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage end-to-end onboarding for new revenue team members, from scheduling bootcamps to tracking progress.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to build engaging training materials like presentations, videos, and playbooks.
  • Maintain and organize enablement content, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and accessibility.
  • Drive consistent communication across the revenue organization through newsletters, leadership updates, and structured messaging.
  • Partner across departments to execute enablement programs like Revenue Kickoff, certifications, and leadership development.
  • Monitor training effectiveness and refine programs based on feedback and results.
  • Support ongoing education for revenue roles through structured, track-specific learning paths.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in revenue enablement, training, or a similar field.
  • Strong background working with GTM teams (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success).
  • Excellent writing, editing, and presentation skills.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
  • Experience with enablement platforms (e.g., Highspot, Guru) and LMS tools (e.g., MindTickle).
  • Ability to translate big-picture goals into clear, actionable content and programs.
  • Self-starter attitude with strong collaboration and communication instincts.
