Who We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a Sales Engineer who can bridge the gap between product knowledge and client needs. You’ll be instrumental in pre-sales support, solution design, and technical guidance — all while helping potential customers clearly see the value in what we offer.

What You’ll Do

  • Become a product expert – deeply understand our platform and stay up to date on market trends and competitors
  • Support the sales process – partner with Account Executives to qualify leads and deliver tailored product demos
  • Customize solutions – analyze customer needs and propose ideal configurations of our platform to solve real facility management challenges
  • Collaborate cross-functionally – work closely with sales, product, and marketing teams to ensure alignment and contribute to growth
  • Provide customer feedback – relay insights and feature suggestions to the product team for continuous improvement

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, Engineering, Business, etc.)
  • 2–4 years in a technical sales role, preferably within a SaaS company
  • Solid understanding of modern software platforms and the ability to learn quickly
  • Skilled at delivering presentations and translating technical jargon into plain language
  • Experience with facility management or building automation is a bonus
  • Familiarity with tools like HubSpot or other CRM platforms
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
