About the Role
We are looking for a Senior FP&A Manager to drive financial planning, forecasting, and strategic analysis for our business. In this role, you will partner with leadership to shape financial decisions, build models, and deliver insights that inform our growth strategy. Key Responsibilities
- Lead the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes across multiple business units.
- Build and maintain driver-based financial models, including scenario and sensitivity analysis.
- Develop executive and board-level reporting that highlights performance against plan.
- Analyze risks, opportunities, and drivers behind performance versus plan.
- Support investment decisions and resource allocation with clear financial analysis.
- Partner with accounting, sales, and product finance teams to align plans and targets.
- Improve FP&A tools, processes, and data pipelines for scale and efficiency.
Requirements and Skills
- 5+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis or corporate finance.
- Strong financial modeling skills and deep proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets.
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis at a fast-growing company.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and executive-presentation skills.
- Ability to partner with cross-functional teams and influence decision-making.
- Experience with planning tools such as Adaptive, Anaplan, or similar is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
Compensation
Salary: $131,000 – $220,000 / year. The base salary range for this position is 131,000 – 220,000 USD. This role may also be eligible for bonus, commission, equity, and benefits.
