Are you passionate about creating user-centered products and solving real design problems? This Senior Product Designer job offers an opportunity to work with leading companies, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and deliver innovative digital experiences. Whether you’re seeking remote flexibility or onsite roles, explore everything you need to know about this position, including responsibilities, qualifications, and growth opportunities.
Are you passionate about using design to make a real difference in people’s lives? Do you believe technology should empower patients and providers, not complicate their work? At Credo, our mission is simple yet ambitious: to help people live their healthiest lives. To do that, we’re building innovative healthcare solutions powered by AI — and we need a Senior Product Designer to help us bring this vision to life.
This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of a product that is already in the hands of clinicians. Our AI point-of-care experience is currently in beta, and you will play a critical role in refining, evolving, and polishing it into a best-in-class solution. If you love the challenge of turning complex problems into elegant, intuitive designs, this role could be your perfect fit.
What You’ll Do
In this role, you won’t just be designing screens. You’ll be helping shape the future of healthcare technology by making sure providers can use our product with confidence and ease. Your day-to-day work will include:
- Refining and Iterating the Product in Beta: Take our existing AI-driven clinical tool and elevate it for market launch. You’ll listen to providers, identify pain points, and refine the product so it delivers real-world value.
- Owning the Full Design Process: From initial concept and brainstorming to prototypes, testing, and final delivery — you’ll own every part of the design journey.
- User Research & Validation: Partner with Product Managers and interview providers directly. Your designs will always be backed by user feedback and grounded in real clinical needs.
- Rapid Prototyping: Use Figma, Vercel, and Bolt to create prototypes that bring ideas to life quickly and allow for real-world testing.
- Creative AI Design Tools: Leverage AI-powered tools to speed up workflows, explore innovative ideas, and hand off seamlessly to engineering teams.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work within a product trio — Designer, Product Manager, and Engineers — while also collaborating with Marketing and Sales to ensure alignment between product design and market strategy.
- Champion Provider-Centered Thinking: Always put clinicians at the center of your design decisions, ensuring our solutions help them provide the best care possible.
What We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate is not just a skilled designer but a problem-solver who thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments. We’re seeking someone who brings both creativity and strategy to the table.
- Design Leadership: At least 5+ years of experience designing and shipping digital products end-to-end (health tech or SaaS preferred).
- Research-Driven Mindset: Skilled in conducting user research, running usability testing, and applying insights to design decisions.
- Figma Mastery: Proficient in Figma, prototyping, and building scalable design systems.
- Hands-On with Vibe Coding Tools: Comfortable experimenting with tools like Vercel, Bolt, or similar platforms to prototype and test.
- AI-Driven Design: Familiarity with AI-assisted design or rapid prototyping tools to innovate and speed up delivery.
- Collaborative Spirit: Experience working directly with product trios and cross-functional teams, including Go-to-Market.
- Startup Agility: Thrives in a fast-moving, dynamic environment where priorities can shift quickly.
Bonus Points If You…
- Have designed for healthcare providers, EHRs, or clinical workflows.
- Can hack together lightweight front-end prototypes to test interactions.
- Bring expertise in chat-based or conversational interfaces.
- Have a portfolio that demonstrates both pixel-perfect design craft and strategic problem-solving.
