Senior Software Engineer (Go) – Full-Time Remote Backend Developer Opportunity
We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer (Go) to join our fast-moving startup building the future of AI-powered supply chain intelligence. This is a high-impact, fully remote role with a competitive salary range of $150,000 – $180,000 per year, plus benefits and ownership opportunities.

What You’ll Do
- Architect & develop backend services in Go to handle high-performance workloads
- Design scalable, secure systems that can run across AWS, GCP, and Azure
- Own the DevOps pipeline including CI/CD, monitoring, and alerting
- Lead SOC 2 compliance efforts and implement security best practices
- Build robust APIs powering our AI-driven platform
- Optimize for speed, reliability, and cost efficiency
- Automate infrastructure provisioning and deployment processes
- Work closely with frontend engineers to design efficient data flows
- Make architectural decisions that balance fast delivery with long-term maintainability
What We’re Looking For
- 5–10 years of backend development experience
- At least 2+ years of professional Go programming experience
- Proven experience with AWS, GCP, and Azure (multi-cloud preferred)
- Expertise in microservices and cloud-native architectures
- Hands-on DevOps skills (Docker, Kubernetes, Pulumi, Terraform, etc.)
- Strong understanding of security frameworks and compliance standards
- Ability to own projects end-to-end and work independently
- Experience shipping production systems at scale
Nice to Have
- SOC 2 compliance experience and audit participation
- Background in AI/ML infrastructure or data pipelines
- Experience in multi-cloud cost optimization
- Supply chain, logistics, or enterprise software domain knowledge
- History of improving developer productivity through tooling and automation
