Remote Software Engineer – Sticker Mule

We are looking for a talented and experienced Remote Software Engineer to help us expand and enhance our suite of e-commerce tools. As a fully remote, privately-owned company with 9-figure annual revenue and strong profitability, we focus on innovation, simplicity, and user-first design — without any interference from investors or unnecessary bureaucracy.
Our latest product — Stores — helped sellers earn over $200,000 during its beta phase. Now we’re scaling development to take it even further, and we need smart, motivated engineers to bring our ambitious roadmap to life.
What You’ll Work On
As a Software Engineer at Sticker Mule, you’ll contribute to the development and scaling of:
- Stores – our flagship commerce platform
- Give – a giveaway tool to help users build audiences
- Ship – our custom shipping management solution
- Notify – our soon-to-launch email/SMS marketing platform
- Other exciting internal tools and external services currently in R&D
You’ll work alongside a globally distributed team in an async work environment that values autonomy, speed, and clean code. Your efforts will directly impact thousands of creators and small business owners around the world.
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking someone who:
- Is highly proficient in modern backend and infrastructure technologies
- Can communicate effectively and collaborate asynchronously
- Is motivated to build fast, scalable, and reliable systems

- Go
- TypeScript

- Postgres

- Git and modern CI/CD practices
- Bonus: Frontend experience with modern JS frameworks
Minimum Qualifications:
- Degree in Computer Science or equivalent real-world experience
- Strong written and spoken English skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote-first team
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $145,000
- Signing Bonus: $20,000
- Total Compensation Range: $140,000 – $180,000/year
- Vacation: 4 weeks + paid holidays (based on your country)
