About the Role:
FuturHealth is on a mission to revolutionize digital healthcare, and we’re seeking a Senior Frontend Engineer who’s passionate about creating elegant, scalable, and high-performance user experiences. In this role, you’ll play a key part in building web and mobile applications that impact millions of users, working closely with cross-functional teams including Product, Design, Backend, and Data.
This is a hands-on engineering role with strong influence—perfect for someone who loves writing clean, modern code and wants to shape the future of healthtech.
What You’ll Do:
- Build and maintain web/mobile apps using React and React Native
- Translate designs into high-quality, responsive, and accessible user interfaces
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to ship impactful features
- Improve performance, reliability, and scalability across platforms
- Uphold frontend best practices including testing, code reviews, and CI/CD workflows
- Ensure all development complies with healthcare privacy standards (HIPAA, HiTrust)
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to engineering culture
About You – Skills & Experience:
Must Have:
- 4+ years of frontend development experience
- Proficiency in React, JavaScript/TypeScript, and responsive design
- Experience building and deploying production-grade frontend apps
- Familiarity with testing tools like Jest, Cypress, or similar
- Strong understanding of component libraries and scalable design systems
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Nice to Have:
- Experience in healthcare, telehealth, or regulated industries
- Exposure to mobile app development (especially React Native)
- Involvement in building or maintaining design systems
- Experience with Next.js or SSR frameworks
