The Opportunity: Staff React Native Engineer (Mobile Experience)
We’re growing fast and looking for a Staff Engineer to join our Mobile Experience team. You’ll play a key role in shaping our mobile product direction, optimizing infrastructure, and mentoring other engineers — all while delivering a product that improves lives.
Your Role & Impact
- Collaborate closely with Product and Design teams to turn ideas into polished mobile experiences
- Lead initiatives across performance, testing, logging, and feature development
- Gradually migrate specific features to native iOS or Android as needed
- Champion release processes and drive continuous improvement
- Mentor engineers and own the delivery timeline for your team
- Set a high standard for code quality, architectural decisions, and team collaboration
- Contribute to a culture of transparency, accountability, and creative problem-solving
What You Bring
- Experience: 6+ years building complex mobile apps, ideally in React Native; native iOS/Android is a bonus
- Education: Degree in Computer Science or a related field preferred
- Tech Stack Familiarity: React Native, GraphQL, Git, monitoring tools like New Relic or Datadog
- Ownership: You take pride in the quality of your work and go the extra mile to get things right
- Communication: You express yourself clearly and value constructive dialogue
- Resilience: You’re steady under pressure and thrive in high-growth environments

Location
