Role Overview – What You’ll Do:
As a Technical Designer Assistant, you’ll work closely with senior technical designers to support the development of garments from prototype to production. You’ll play a key role in managing fit data, communicating with factory partners, and ensuring that each product meets the highest standards for fit, quality, and construction.
This is a fantastic entry point into the world of fashion tech and product development—ideal for recent grads or early-career professionals looking to grow their skills in technical design.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in virtual or in-person fit sessions by documenting detailed feedback on garment construction, fabric, and silhouette.
- Update and maintain tech packs, including BOMs (Bill of Materials), specifications, and construction details.
- Record and organize fit comments and feedback from internal teams and manufacturing partners.
- Track sample measurements and approval statuses across various stages of development.
- Communicate changes, clarifications, and technical updates to factory teams in a clear and timely manner.
- Learn and apply internal fit and construction standards to all products.
- Use tools like Adobe Illustrator, Microsoft Office, and Google Drive to support documentation and workflow.
- Participate in regular design meetings and ongoing training to build your knowledge of technical garment design.

- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Excel, and Google Drive.
