The Role:
We’re hiring a Senior Technical Writer to strengthen our developer resources and create world-class documentation. This role is crucial in enhancing the experience of our clients—developers who rely on clear, accurate, and user-friendly documentation to integrate with Peach’s API platform.
You’ll lead the effort in organizing and producing content such as API references, instructional guides, internal documentation, platform migration instructions, and more. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in technical writing within the fintech space and who’s ready to make a meaningful impact at a fast-growing Series B startup.
Responsibilities:
- Improve and maintain API documentation and reference material
- Create clear, concise internal and external documentation
- Lead the development of a centralized developer resource center
- Document new features and product updates on an ongoing basis
- Collaborate with Marketing on technical content and collateral
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in technical writing
- Strong experience with API documentation
- Previous work managing or building documentation platforms
- Experience producing developer-focused resources such as guides, training manuals, and video tutorials
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of OpenAPI, RESTful APIs, Python, Go, JavaScript
- Experience with tools like Redoc, GitHub, and Markdown
- Familiarity with the lending or financial services industry
