Join MailerLite, a fast-growing email marketing platform trusted by over 1 million businesses worldwide. As a Web Developer on the Marketing Team, you’ll help build modern websites, landing pages, and digital experiences that improve user engagement and conversions.
Your Role
You’ll work with designers, developers, and marketers to create fast, responsive, accessible, and high-performing web experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain responsive websites and landing pages.
- Convert Figma designs into clean, responsive code.
- Improve website performance, usability, SEO, and Core Web Vitals.
- Collaborate with designers and developers on new web projects.
- Integrate websites with APIs and third-party services.
- Test and troubleshoot websites across modern browsers and devices.
- Maintain reusable and scalable front-end components.
What You’ll Need
- 3+ years of experience in web development or UI/UX development.
- Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+).
- Experience with Statamic CMS.
- Experience converting Figma designs into responsive websites.
- Understanding of REST APIs and HTTP.
- Experience with Git/GitHub.
- Good understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and web performance.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Availability for 4 hours of daily overlap with the CET time zone.
Bonus Points If You Have
- Experience with React.js or Next.js.
- Knowledge of TypeScript.
- Experience with Tailwind CSS or Bootstrap.
- Familiarity with Vite or modern front-end build tools.
- Experience with technical SEO and Core Web Vitals.
- Copywriting skills.
- Experience building high-converting landing pages.
